I’m Ralph Pittman Jr. Ralph Pittman Jr. is a husband, father, actor, speaker, businessman and entrepreneur. A native of the New Brunswick area of New Jersey, Pittman attended Rutgers University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics while also studying Music Theory. In 2014, Pittman married American Film and Television actress, Drew Sidora Pittman and began a new life as a husband and bonus dad. After several years navigating the mountaintops and valleys of the co-parenting journey, Pittman realized there is a large community of parents that experience similar challenges. EDIT While families are not created eq ere wasn’t a training manual or guide to navigate co-parenting especially since parenting dynamics and situations can be vastly different. It lead Pittman to leverage his experience to create “The Step in Parenting” in hopes of bridging the gap between blended families with sound advice and guidance where many families lack access. Today, Pittman resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Drew and three kids, Josiah,11; Machai, 7; and Aniya Grace, 4.
